Our mission is to facilitate the transition to Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) through robust structural frameworks and academic oversight.

- Strategic Oversight: Directing curricular delivery to ensure strict alignment with National Medical Commission (NMC) standards and institutional goals.
- CBME Integration: Spearheading the Curriculum Implementation Support Program (CISP) to equip faculty with the competencies required for modern medical pedagogy.
- Coordinated Scheduling: Managing master timetable development in collaboration with phasespecific teams to ensure a harmonized and efficient academic calendar.
- Academic Governance: Maintaining quality assurance through quarterly reviews and reporting to ensure continuous curricular improvement and compliance.
